We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. The options available to you appear on the payment step, before you complete your order.

All prices in our store are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD).

Your payment is charged when you place your order.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout, before you pay. You see the full order total, including any sales tax, before you confirm your payment.

Shipping is free on every order, in the United States and internationally.

There are no extra charges at delivery: customs fees and import duties are covered by us, on U.S. and international orders.

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Marblehound does not store your card details.

After you place your order, you receive an order confirmation email with your order number. When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number when one is available.

• If your payment is declined, check your details with your bank or card issuer, or choose another payment method at checkout.
• If you see a charge you do not recognize or a duplicate charge, email us with your order number and we will look into it.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the timelines.
